I lead a simple life, I am a computer junkie (nerd) and also play the guitar, drive a Red Camaro, wear birkenstocks in the winter time, and yes, I do live in Southern California. I also have an interest in space, and discovering life out there...

Computer Stuff...

Currently I run a Wintel machine, using Windows 98(c) as my primary OS, and Linux as my learning experience, which is a free operating system, based on Unix, and designed originally by Linus Torvalde, a man with a great dream, that of an operating system which is extremely powerful, yet free! Now were talking power!

Microsoft

Here it is... my opinion on Microsoft. There is a trend out there, that trend is for easy computing, and easy computing is what is driving up the popularity for computers, which drives up the demand for more software, more hardware, more everything... The company that is at the front line of ease of use is Microsoft... I don't care one way or the other about the company itself, but I wanted to give some defense to it, because I use their OS, and they are the reason for competition, without which none of the really good, sometimes free, sometimes just really cheap software would have no market.
